Jedes Geschäft hat Transaktionen. Fast keines hat Kunden, also Menschen mit Namen, die man wiedererkennt und erreichen darf. PARAT schließt diese Lücke, über eine Karte in Apple oder Google Wallet und ohne App. Every business has transactions. Almost none has customers, meaning people with names you can recognise and are permitted to reach. PARAT closes that gap, through a card in Apple or Google Wallet and without an app.

Ein Kassensystem weiß, was verkauft wurde, wann und zu welchem Preis. Es weiß nicht, wer gekauft hat, ob dieselbe Person wiederkommt und was sie sonst noch mitnimmt. Wer über Dritte verkauft, über Handel, Fachhandel oder Plattformen, sieht nicht einmal das. A till system knows what was sold, when and at what price. It does not know who bought, whether the same person comes back and what else she takes with her. Whoever sells through third parties, through retail, specialist trade or platforms, does not even see that.

Der E-Commerce hat das vor Jahren gelöst. Cookies, Retargeting, Verhaltensdaten. Der stationäre Handel nie. Der größte Teil des europäischen Handels rät bis heute. E-commerce solved this years ago. Ein wiedererkannter Kunde ist erst dann etwas wert, wenn Sie etwas damit tun können. Genau dafür liegt die Karte bereits in der Wallet: Sie erreichen die Person dort, ohne App und ohne Umweg. A recognised customer is only worth something once you can do something with it. That is exactly why the card already sits in the wallet: you reach the person there, without an app and without a detour.

Die Daten entstehen dort, wo sie entstehen dürfen: beim Kunden, der aktiv zustimmt, der weiß wofür, und der die Einwilligung jederzeit zurückziehen kann. Auf Einzelpersonenebene sieht jeder Auftraggeber ausschließlich seine eigenen Käufer. Alles darüber ist aggregiert und anonymisiert. The data comes into being where it is allowed to: with the customer, who actively agrees, knows what for, and can withdraw consent at any time. At the level of the individual, each client sees only its own buyers. Everything above that is aggregated and anonymised.

Wir betreiben die Wallet-Infrastruktur seit Februar 2026 im täglichen Einsatz, zuerst an Bedientheken in Bäckereien und Gastronomie. Auf dieser Basis läuft jetzt der zweite Schritt: Kassenbons auslesen und Käufer für Marken sichtbar machen. We have run the wallet infrastructure in daily use since February 2026, first at service counters in bakeries and hospitality. On that base the second step now runs: reading receipts and making buyers visible for brands.
